Cool neighborhood bowling alley. Service was ok. After 4pm the prices are $8 per person per game no matter what age. Lanes have automatic bumpers if needed which was great. Felt like the lanes needed a little attention either by being cleaned and some areas possibly looked at for unevenness. We'll be back again.

Came for a fundraising event. Staff was very attentive and ambiance was perfect.

Great bowling place. It also has a small arcade area for kids We went there for a 6 yr old birthday party and the kids (and we adults) had a lot of fun.We found out from the host that it is reasonable for a kid's birthday party. They charge only for the kids (and not adults) and that makes it a compelling place for kids birthday parties. The cheese pizza, chicken nuggets were both good

This place was pretty nice. The bowling pins were different colors and the bowling was fun. The food was pretty good too and so was the customer service. They played music and the whole back wall of the bowling lanes were all display screens showing a few different things. There were a few different color-changing things too around the bowling area as well as black lights. The bowling lanes were electronic and had ceiling-mounted display screens. The lanes also had optional gutter ball bumpers for each player. They had a few different arcade games to play and several different prize and ticket games to play but not near as many as iT'Z nor Main Event. The food quality may be better at Bowlmor Houston though.

My company plays in a bowling league that plays at Bowlmor. The waitress Rheanna is awesome! She is constantly checking up to make sure we are good and genuinely cares about her customers

Cool spot to chill out with friends especially if you want to do a little team building activity. The food and drinks were good. You can rent a section that has like 2 lanes and order party platters/finger food from a menu comprising wings, pizza, pastry, sliders etc. Check it out for yourself!

The best time I've had at a bowling alley, the sections are private, the shoes are super cute, and spacious.

What a fun place! Plenty of lanes and bowling balls. I love the machines that are located on every lane so that you can order food and drinks, pay as you go along and include a tip! Steak tacos are delicious and Long Island Teas are too! Bowlmor had some extremely friendly servers on one if their busiest evenings and each time served with a smile!

I celebrated my birthday here with family and friends. It was kid friendly and by that I mean toddlers😂😂😂. The adults had an amazing time as well. The staff was amazing. The food was good especially the wings. M drawing a name blank on the ladies who helped me gather shoes and made sure our children were well accommodated. 🙏. Thank you! Bowlmor rocks!

This a very service related business, so it really needs to work on it. Only one person working the front desk equals very long waits to check-in and then again to checkout and pay. Generally, just not very friendly nor attentive people working there.

My family and I went for the first time and enjoyed very much. The woman at the counter was very kind and helpful. Nice atmosphere and clean place. Prices a little bite high.

The machines are scam, shouldn’t go there. Staff is rude and ignoring me when I ask for help. Really dont appreciate it. Talked to the manager saying that it is normal for the machine to just take your money and not give any price even when you win it.

Bowling was fun. The food tho needs improvement. Had a big party. Mostly cold food.

Came here recently for bowling. We ordered several pitchers and towers of beer and many appetizers. We ordered a pitcher of water which we were charged $16 for...TAP WATER. We questioned this as we have never been charged for tap water ever, plus we had ordered many alcoholic beverages and our impression was that you aren’t allowed to charge for water if you are drinking alcohol. We asked our waiter about this and he said well, a bottle of water is $3.50, as if he was doing us a favor and the pitcher of water was a good deal. How ridiculous. Be warned. Never ever coming back here.

Lady at the counter was pretty rude, and I thought it was over priced for kids. I guess you should go on special days or use Groupon.

I recently wanted to come here due to the reviews. When I got there, the service was horrible. I was serviced by Diana and she was very rude. She had no care to the questions we had. Her only care was being on her phone. That same night we were having issues with our lane and of course we got stuck with Diana who once again came off very rude and didn’t bother to fix our lane. We left with at least a hour left to bowl because I couldn’t deal with that type of service. You’re better off bowling at AMF in Houston, I highly recommend that place!!

Great place to enjoy bowling with friends, food is good, service is excellent, did not have to wait much time to get a lane, and the manager Wesley provided great service!

Customer service was not the greatest. Also had to wait longer then usual due to front counter noting incorrect information details. Also called in ahead of time and was told about 10-20 minute wait. Ended up waiting over 2 hours. On top of that by end of the night, my credit card bill showed a bunch of blocked fraudulent transactions. Had to call my bank to unblock my card. Also the person that I was with used their card, and an additional 10 dollar charge was put through after she had already applied a tip. Would most likely not comeback to this place. Also facility has limited selection of bowling balls, and the lanes are not the best. I'd save your money and look for another alley nearby.

Great customer service. Place was clean and ran very efficiently. I especially liked how quickly the pins reset after each turn. Will definitely come back!

Empty lanes and they told us our group of 6 had to play in one lane because they had reservations...45 minutes later still the same empty lanes, asked for them to let us split the group and the lady in the front desk rudely and reluctantly told me to get back to my lane and she’ll see what she could do...For high prices and bad service, I’d never go back to this place

Just has my son’s birthday party here. Their whole staff went above and beyond to make sure my son had a great experience. The costs were extremely fair we will definitely be coming back

The bar service is horrible. The bartenders move like sloths. No urgency or effort to even get the order taken on time let alone deliver set beverage in a decent time. Spent so long at the bar waiting for my drinks that food was delivered to my lane and I was not there. This happened to multiple people. Bartenders were not inviting and did not expedite service. As a former bartender you move quick and make an effort to get to everyone waiting to the best of your ability. They lacked moral and effort. Only person that was good was the new guy delivering food. I feel bad for him because he had to suffer from people not being at the lane to drop off food because they were all at the bar taking away from the game ply as well. And we had multiple lanes. DO BETTER!! TRAIN BETTER!! ACT LIKE YOU LIKE YOUR JOB AND WANT TO GET DONE EFFECTIVELY SO YOU CAN GO HOME!

I'll love it once they rework the waiting line at the entrance door leading to the cashier. The line should not extend outside or be crowded and jumbled at the entrance.

Great place to hang out with friends and family. They serve snacks and fast food. Music and lights make the place lot more fun. Great staff as well. Crowded on few occasions, but generally wait time is no longer than 15 to 20 minutes

If a bowling alley and Studio Movie Grill had a baby, this would be it. It's overpriced. The cashier seemed like she was in a hurry and had better things to do than set us up with shoes and a lane. And what's up with all the televisions??? I don't understand the market for that. It was really distracting. I came to bowl, not watch TV, but I ended up watching TV and bowling terribly because it's impossible not to look at all the flashy big screens above the pins.

The place is so nice, there was a groupon online which was great. But the prices if you go without a coupon are expensive. Around 9 dollars a person per game. And drinks and foor are also expensive, 5 dollars for a Pepsi is what I paid. After that expensive drink I didnt buy anything else. But the place is very nice. I would go again with a coupon.

We went for the 1st time to their New Year's Eve Bowling bash! WOW! They had a delicious buffet with delicious pizza, chicken tenders, queso dip, hummas, fruit & cheese trays! Along with the Bowling, they had a DJ that was playing fun music & helped us all count down to bring in the New Year!! We will definitely be back & hope to make this a New Year's Eve tradition! Great service, clean place &a great time!

This location is perfect. That's the only good thing about it. They are very expense for the same experience you can get at a Bowlero. Same menu. Same drinks. Their equipment is not even up to par with other bowling alleys in Houston.
